die wunderschöne Altbau Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Rosenthaler Platz und Nordbahnhof. Es ist alles vorhanden. Kaffeemaschine, Wassersprudler, Flatscreen, und einen Balkon.
Die Nachbarn sind super nett. Das Zimmer ist schön und hell und hat Zugang zum Balkon. Ich bin viel bei der Arbeit und auch sonst viel unterwegs. Ansonsten ist es mir sehr wichtig, dass wir gewisse Grundwerte teilen. Dazu gehört in diesen Tagen insbesondere: Freiheit für Palästina 🍉🇵🇸 und eine klare Haltung gegen den Völkermord den Israel an den Palästinensern verübt. Da ich regelmäßig zu Demonstrationen gehe, kann ich leider niemanden als Mitbewohner*in akzeptieren, die/der hierzu eine andere Grundhaltung hat. Ich bin Juristin und arbeite in internationalem Recht.

the beautiful apartment is very centrally located between Rosenthaler Platz and Nordbahnhof. Everything is there. Coffee machine, sparkling water maker, flat screen, and a balcony.
The neighbors are super nice. The room is nice and bright and has access to the balcony. I spend a lot of time at work and also travel a lot. Apart from that, it's very important to me that we share certain basic values. For me, my basic values include freedom for and liberation of Palestine 🍉 🇵🇸 and a clear stance against the genocide committed by Israel on Palestine. As I regularly go to demonstrations, I unfortunately can't accept anyone as a flatmate who has a different attitude to this. I am a lawyer and work in international law.
