The room is very big and has a window to the inner garten of the building and the inner balcony of the flat. Since it has windows only to the inner garten it is very quiet.
It has enough room for a big bed and it has already a big closet.
The location is in the very center of the city. Close to the museum Island. There is a Crossfit gym two blocks away. S-Bahn Friedrichstr. at 5 minutes walking and Oranienburger Tor at 3 minutes walking distance. There's a huge variety of restaurants of almost all kinds at a walking distance.
It's a WG for two people so it will only be shared with me. I speak Spanish as mother tongue. I speak English and French and I'm learning German.I work from home so I'm most of the time in the apartment. The rooms are quite separated though so it's not an issue.I don't smoke and don't own any pets.
The apartment is available for viewing almost any reasonable time. Please contact by email or whatsapp but don't call me directly please. Part of the furniture is staying and part of it is leaving, we'll have to negotiate with the flatmate that is leaving. One of the bathrooms have shower, bathtub, hand-washer and toilet. The other one only toilet and hand-washer. The apartment has two balconies, one facing the Friedrichstr and other one to the inner garten.
The nebenkosten include heating and water heating. And the internet and the electricity is aprox 60e a month (divided by two already).
