Da sich unsere WG zu September auflöst und ich schon etwas früher ausziehe, suchen wir für den Monat August eine:n neue:n Untermieter:in.
Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem großen Bett (das durch die Schubladen darunter und den Regalen am Bettkopf super viel Stauraum bietet), einer Kleiderstange, einem Sessel und einem einklappbaren Tisch. Es liegt nicht Richtung Straße, daher ist es ziemlich ruhig und besonders in der ersten Tageshälfte sehr hell.

Since our shared flat is dissolving in September and I am moving out a little earlier, we are looking for a new subtenant for the month of August.
The room is equipped with a large bed (which has great storage space due to the drawers underneath and the shelves at the head of the bed), a clothes rail, an armchair and a retractable table. It's not facing the street, so it's pretty quiet and it's also very bright, especially in the first half of the day.

wirklich schwer zu toppen! Sie liegt im Herzen von Berlin. Direkt gegenüber ist die U- und S-Bahn-Haltestelle Jannowitzbrücke, wo quasi im Minutentakt Öffis fahren (U8, S3/5/7/9). Von hier aus kommt man wirklich überall in Berlin ohne Probleme hin. Um die Ecke findest du einen Netto und Edeka. Das Einkaufszentrum Alexa ist in 7 Minuten Fußweg erreicht und der Alexanderplatz in max. 15 Minuten auch.

The apartment is located in the heart of Berlin. Directly opposite is the U- and S-Bahn stop Jannowitzbrücke, where public transport runs virtually every minute (U8, S3/5/7/9). From here you can really get anywhere in Berlin without any problems. Around the corner are two supermarkets (Netto and Edeka). The Alexa shopping center is only a 7-minute walk and Alexanderplatz a 15-minute walk away.
Deine Mitbewohner für den Monat werden Konni und Emil sein. Sie studieren bzw arbeiten und sind ziemlich eingespannt in ihren eigenen Leben. Beide sind wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn du also Rat oder Hilfe brauchen solltest, kannst du dich gerne an sie wenden. Ansonsten bleiben sie aber eher für sich oder sind auch viel unterwegs.
Wir achten alle auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung, weshalb wir jemanden suchen, der mit einen Blick darauf wirft.

Your roommates for the month will be Konni and Emil. They are studying and working respectively and are quite busy with their own lives. Both of them are really friendly and helpful, so if you need any advice or help, feel free to ask them. Otherwise, they tend to keep to themselves or are out and about a lot.
We all care about cleanliness and tidiness, so we are looking for somebody who values that as well.
