Die Wohnung liegt im 5 Etage mit Aufzug und hat 2 Zimmer . Mein Zimmer das für 4 Wochen frei wird ist 17 qm groß und super hell. und fast alles ist neu möbiliert. Es hat Zugang auf dem Balkon wo Du die Sonne genießen kannst.
The flat is on the 5th floor but has access to three elevators. It has 2 rooms. My room, which will be available for three weeks, is 17 square meters and super bright. I moved in 3 months ago and almost everything is newly furnished. It has access to the balcony where you can enjoy the sun.
Die Lage ist super zentral. Die nächste Station ist Spittelmarkt (U2), ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt . U Stadtmitte ( U6) ist auch in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt’s zahlreiche verbindungen mit den Bussen.
Zu Gendarmemarkt —9 Minuten zu Fuß
Museumsinsel - ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß
Moritzplatz , Kottbusser Tor ist auch zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Lage ist perfekt , besonders wenn Du vor hast viel zu fuß zu laufen und das schöne Wetter zu genießen
. Spittelmarkt (U2), about 5 minutes away on foot. U Stadtmitte (U6) can also be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. There are also numerous bus connections.

Du würdest zusammen mit Lia (22,aus Georgien) wohnen. Wobei sie auch für paar Tagen Berlin verlassen wird :) Details könen wir später besprechen, die Daten stehen noch nicht ganz fest.
