I have to leave Berlin for 3 weeks, and want to sublet my beautiful room for this time.
It’s a walk through room. That means that one of your roommates has to walk through the room to get to her bedroom. But there are some very cozy curtains with LED lights around the bed. I have been living like this for a year now, and never been disturbed by it. Me and my flatmate respect each other, and we both keep very quite when the other one is sleeping because of thin walls. Please start your application with the word Apple if you understand that someone will have to walk through your room. She walks really quietly though.
Smoking in the room is not allowed.
It’s 5 minutes to walk from Rosenthaler Platz which has good transport connections.
It’s one of the buddies areas in Berlin, so there are a ton of bars, restaurants and store in the nearby. The room is not facing the road, so you will not hear any traffic.
You will be living with two women (both 24) and one man (27). They are all super nice and friendly. During the day the WG is mostly empty, and sometimes during the evening too while they are all quite busy.
