in unserer geräumigen und hellen WG in der Innenstadt wird (aufgrund von Reiseplänen) ein gemütliches Zimmer frei und wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner für 3 Monate (Dez-Jan-Feb).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 5. Etage eines modernen Wohnkomplexes in Prenzlauer Berg/Mitte. Das Herzstück unserer 130qm "Neubau"-Wohnung ist der große Ess- und Wohnbereich mit moderner Küche und vielen Pflanzen, großem Sofa, Smart-TV und Stereoanlage, Glastürfenster auf dem sonnigen Balkon mit Blick auf den Fernsehturm.
Die Wohnung hat 3 große Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder (Badewanne und Dusche), einen Abstellraum, Parkettboden...und eine freundliche Atmosphäre!
Das verfügbare Zimmer hat 15qm, ein großes Fenster zur Rückseite des Komplexes (ruhig) und ist mit Kleiderschrank, 140--Bett, Tisch und Stuhl ausgestattet (alles im Mietpreis enthalten)
Wi-Fi und alle anderen Kosten sind im angegebenen Mietpreis enthalten.

Hi everyone,
a cozy room will be available (due to travel plans) in our spacious and bright shared flat in the city center and we are looking for a new roommate for 3 months (Dec-Jan-Feb).
The apartment is located in the 5th floor (with elevator) of a modern housing complex in Prenzlauer Berg. The heart of our 130qm “new-built” apartment is the large dining and living area with a modern kitchen and many plants, large sofa smart TV and stereo system, glass door windows on the sunny balcony with view on the TV tower.
The flat has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (bath-tube and shower), a storeroom, parquet flooring…and a friendly vibe!
The available room has 15qm, a large window facing the back of the complex (quiet) and comes furnished with wardrobe, 140 bed, table and chair (all included in the rent).
Wi-Fi and all other cost are included in the rent price shown.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ein Traum!
Offiziell Prenzlauer Berg, gefühlt Mitte. Du bist in 2 Minuten auf der Torstraße, kriegst von dem Lärm aber nichts mit.
Auch der Wohnkomplex selbst ist pretty sweet! Schöner Innenhof und Garten, fast schon eine Gated Community, mit verschlossenem Tor und Sicherheitspersonal Abends. Wir wohnen direkt über einem Edeka ( keine Lärmbelästigung, aber 2min zum shoppen gehen! Schneller als Gorillas :P).
- Rosa Luxemburg Platz 3min zu Fuß (U2, M6)
- Alexander Platz 10min zu Fuß oder 2min mit U2
- Fitness Studio und Yoga Studio 5min zum Fuß
- Volkspark Friedrichshain ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt
Prenzlauer Berg & Mitte Places sind alle in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The location is just awesome.
Officially Prenzlauer Berg, with a Mitte feel. 2 minutes to Torstraße but you don’t hear any of the noise. The apartment complex is very nice, has a secure yard with benches. We live above an Edeka, again no noise but 2 minutes to the groceries! Faster than Gorillas :P
- Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz is within 3 min walking distance (U2, M6)
- One subway station to Alexander Platz (U2) or 10min on foot.
- Fitness studio and yoga studios just 5min away
- Volkspark Friedrichshain is 7 min on foot
Lots of cool spots in Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg are just around the corner.
Wir sind glückliche Menschen und umgeben uns mit anderen glücklichen Menschen... Achten Sie auf die Energie, die Sie ins Haus bringen, und wir werden das Gleiche tun. Wir verbringen oft Zeit miteinander, Freunde kommen vorbei, es läuft immer gute Musik. Eike ist ein Softwareentwickler (Start-Up / Freelance) aus Deutschland mit einer Leidenschaft für Arte-Dokumentationen und neue Hobbys. Syed ist ein britischer Datenwissenschaftler, der immer auf Achse ist (aber versteckt eure Feuerzeuge XD).
Fast hätte ich es vergessen: Ich habe einen kleinen Hund! Alfi ist der vierte (pelzige) Mitbewohner des Hauses...also idealerweise magst du auch Haustiere :3

We are happy people and surround ourselves with other happy people...be mindful of the energy you bring in the house and we will do the same. We often spend time together, friends pop by, good music is always playing. Eike is a software developer (Start-Up / Freelance stuff) from Germany with a passion for Arte documentaries and new hobbies. Syed is a British data scientist always on the go (but hide your lighters XD).
Almost forgot this: I have a small dog! Alfi is the forth (furry) roomie of the house..so ideally you also like pets :3
Bitte schick uns eine Mail mit einem kurzen Text über dich und wann du Zeit für eine Besichtigung hättest. Muss echt kein Roman sein, einfach ein paar Key Facts. Am besten gleich zu den Punkten, die wir unter WG-Leben in den Fokus gerückt haben.
