Looking for kind, gentle, and proper temporary and part-time room mate for December and maybe January 2023.
Ideally you need to stay with me 2 - 4 nights a week, so this is not a full-time offer.
You will sleep on a large, comfortable pull couch out in my living room with direct access to my kitchen.
I live in a very well cut, two-room 49 m2 apartment in Mitte. The apartment is clean, cozy, has very good daylight and look out to the back courtyard therefore the sleeping condition is very good, too.
I am an architect and I work from home, usally starting at 9-10 am, so most probably a busy professional or a student who is using this arrangement a few nights for sleeping, and a bit of kitchen access would be the best fit.
I am willing to make a fair deal for weekly payment depending on details of the arrangement.
If you are a nice person I am sure we will work something out!

Auf der Suche nach einem nur sehr netten vorübergehenden Mitbewohner in Teilzeit für Dezember und vielleicht Januar.
Idealerweise würden Sie 2 - 4 Nächte pro Woche bei mir bleiben, daher ist dies kein Vollzeitangebot.
Sie schlafen auf einer großen, bequemen Ausziehcouch in meinem Wohnzimmer mit direktem Zugang zur Küche.
Ich wohne in einer gut geschnittenen, 49 m² großen Zweizimmerwohnung in Mitte. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gemütlich, hat sehr viel Tageslicht und Blick auf den Hinterhof, daher sind die Schlafbedingungen auch ganz gut.
Ich bin Architekt und arbeite ab 9 oder 10 Uhr von zu Hause aus, also wäre wahrscheinlich ein vielbeschäftigter Berufstätiger oder Student, der diese Anordnung nur zum Schlafen und ein bisschen Zugang zur Küche nutzt, am besten geeignet.
We können gern einen fairen Deal (vielleicht für wöchentliche Zahlung) machen, abhängig von den Einzelheiten der Vereinbarung.
