Das Zimmer is eingerichtet, Bettzeug, Handtücher, Schreibtisch etc. vorhanden. Gemeinsame Nutzung der großen netten Küche.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für Besucher der Stadt und könnte nicht Zentraler sein.
Bitte keine extremen Party Besucher, da hier auch studiert und gearbeitet werden muss.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Badezimmer, eine zusätzliche Toilette, Aufzug, Balkon mit fantastischer Sicht, über den Weinbergsparkt und Berlin. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hackeschen Mark, und direkt im Szene-Bezirk Mitte.

Hi Guys,
I am renting out an room in a shared flat ( WG-Zimmer) in Berlin Mitte (Down town) at the Kastanienallee, Weinbergspark / Rosenthahler Platz starting . (A extension in the guest room would be possible)
The room is furnished, Bedsheets, Tools, desk etc. is available.
The kitchen is for communal use.
The location of the flat is perfect in the heard of Berlin.
Not locking for hard partying people as there will be studying going on the flat. :)
There is a large bathroom, extra toilet, balcony, Elevator and a fantastic few over the park ands the roof of Berlin. 10 Minuten walk to the Hackeschen Mark.
