Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß und es ist das mit der blauen Wand. Es geht zur Straße hin und die Straßenbahn ist vor der Tür. Uns stört es nicht. Ich denke, man kann sich dran gewöhnen.
Es gibt einen Schreibtisch, Bett und Stuhl und Schrank, was der ehemalige Mitbewohner hiergelassen hat. Man kann es auch wegwerfen.

The room is 18sqm and it is the one with the blue wall. It faces the street and the streetcar is in front of the door. We don't mind it. I think you can get used to it.
There is a desk, bed and chair and closet, which the former roommate left here. You can also throw it away.

Die Lage ist super. Es gibt Cafés vor der Tür, die Gegend ist friedlich. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist gleich vor der Tür. Es gibt Parks in der Nähe, vielleicht 2min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Haus ist ruhig. Ich glaube die Nachbarn sind mitteltolerant gegenüber Lärm.

The location is great. There are cafes in front of the door, the area is peaceful. The streetcar stop is just outside the door. There are parks nearby, maybe 2min walk away. The house is quiet. I think the neighbors are medium tolerant of noise.

Ich miete die Wohnung schon lange. Zur Zeit wohne ich mit meiner Familie in Schweden und behalte nur ein Zimmer für unser Startup, wohin ab und zu jemand vorbei kommt, der auch jung und entspannt ist und der aber arbeiten muss und ein Zimmer behalten wir, weil wir ja auch für die Arbeit mal vorbeikommen müssen, durchschnittlich 2 Tage pro Woche. Eventuell kann das Zimmer auch länger gemietet werden.
