I have three different rooms in a shared flat starting January 1st. This add is for the 27 sqm room. But I have others as well.
Room 1 - around 15 sqm - 900 warm
Room 2 - around 15 sqm - 900 warm
Room 3 - around 25 sqm - 1,100 warm
This is a great flat on the 4th floor with a good view and balcony. It is all fully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. I have lived there for 5 years and have a good relationship with the neighbors and landlord.I only speak English but I am learning german. My boyfriend speaks German if that is an issue. I am looking for women only. Preferably kind and respectful ladies who want to make the house their home. This will be for a 1 year contract with the possibility of being longer.
