Subletting my room for 4 months from October - End of January.
Bright and large room that has two large windows. It comes fully furnished with everything you need for your time in Berlin (bed, large closet, desk with monitor, couch, dresser).
The apartment is a 3 bedroom with a kitchen/living room and large bathroom with a separate shower and bath tub.
The apartment is located super centrally on Chausseestrasse and is just a two minute walk to the U6 Naturkundemuseum and trams M5,M8,M10. There are a lot of nice coffee shops (19 Grams), restaurants, bars and supermarkets (Edeka, Rewe and Lidl) close by. It is a great location for easy travel around the city. You're very close to Prenzlauer Berg and can reach Kreuzberg and Neukölln very easily with the U6 or U8 as well. The flat has an elevator and an indoor parking space for bikes that is locked at night.
You will be living with two lovely flatmates, Nathalie and Aidan. Nathalie is from Sweden, is working in demand planning and can share some Flink vouchers and tips for the best cinnamon rolls with you. Aidan is from Ireland, is working as an account manager at WeWork and geeks out on history and cooking.
The atmosphere is very relaxed, with both working full time during the week. We like to have dinners together, go for drinks and enjoy the occasional sing-along karaoke session when the Eurovision is on.
The WG language is English.
I am looking for someone that is interested in subletting my room from October 1st - end of January (end date is still tbd potential room for 2-3 weeks extension).
I'd love to find someone who is respectful, easy going and gets along well with Nathalie and Aidan. It would also be great if you could take care of my plants while I am away but if you don't have a "green thumb", I'll leave them with friends.
