Ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer zwischen Februar und November unter. Am liebsten von Anfang Februar bis Ende Oktober.
Das Zimmer ist zwar recht klein, aber hat alles, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen und ist komplett eingerichtet. Bei Wunsch können die Möbel auch vorher entfernt werden und du richtest dich selber so ein, wie du dich am wohlsten fühlst! Bisher gibt es im Zimmer einen Schreibtisch, Schrank, Regalbretter, Kommode, Bett mit Matratze. Das Zimmer ist hell und ruhig. Genau wie der Rest der Wohnung. Der Preis des Zimmers beträgt komplett und bereits inklusive Strom, Internet, Möbeln, GEZ-Gebühren & Co: 800€.
HomeOffice ist leicht und kann entweder in der Wohnküche oder im Zimmer erfolgen. Allgemein ist die Wohnküche mit anschließendem Balkon in den Hinterhof das Herz der Wohnung. Hier ist auch alles eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Du findest außerdem eine Spülmaschine. Waschmaschinen und Trockner gibt es auch im Haus und können gegen eine Gebühr genutzt werden. Keller ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist großer Luxus - denn wir haben eine Regendusche!

I sublet my room between February and November. Preferably from the beginning of February until the end of October.
The room is quite small, but has everything you need to feel comfortable and is fully furnished. If you wish, the furniture can be removed beforehand and you can set yourself up in the way you feel most comfortable! So far, the room has a desk, wardrobe, shelves, chest of drawers, bed with mattress. The room is bright and quiet. Just like the rest of the flat. The price of the room is including electricity, internet, furniture, GEZ fees & co: 800€.
Home Office is easy and can be done either in the kitchen-living room or in the room. In general, the kitchen-living room with adjoining balcony to the backyard is the heart of the flat. Everything is furnished and equipped here. You will also find a dishwasher. Washing machines and dryers are also available in the house and can be used for a fee. A cellar is also available. The bathroom is a great luxury - because we have a rain shower!

Die Wohnung ist in Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg. Demnach hast du sozusagen the best of both worlds! Supermärkte, Boutiquen, Bars, Cafés, Workspaces, Sportaktivitäten und vieles mehr, gibt es en masse!
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal - direkt zwischen Rosenthaler Platz und Rosa-Luxemburg Platz und fußläufig zu S-Bahn Haltestellen, wie Oranienburger Straße und Hackescher Markt - ist die Wohnung zentral gelegen und gut angebunden. Demnach kommst du fußläufig zu vielen Attraktionen Berlins, wie der Museumsinsel, den Hackeschen Höfen und dem Mauerpark. Eine gute Basis für Berlin!

The flat is in Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg. So you have the best of both worlds, so to speak! Supermarkets, boutiques, bars, cafés, workspaces, sports activities and much more are available en masse!
The location of the flat is ideal - directly between Rosenthaler Platz and Rosa-Luxemburg Platz and within walking distance of S-Bahn stops such as Oranienburger Strasse and Hackescher Markt, the flat is centrally located and well connected. This means you are within walking distance of many of Berlin's attractions, such as the Museum Island, Hackesche Höfe and Mauerpark. A good base for Berlin!
Ich verlasse die WG schweren Herzens für ein Auslandssemester. Dein Mitbewohner wird Joshua sein.
Joshua (30) lebt seit einem guten Jahr in Berlin und arbeitet zurzeit als Psychologe in der digitalen Produktentwicklung, meist von zu Hause aus. Abseits der Arbeit spielt er gerne Klavier oder ist in der Natur unterwegs. Ein paarmal pro Woche ist seine Freundin zu Besuch oder er ist bei ihr. Auch wenn er oft beschäftigt ist, wünscht er sich keine Zweck-WG und ist offen für Kochabende und andere Unternehmungen – einfach wie es sich so ergibt. Bonus: Er macht einen ziemlich guten Espresso und Cappuccino. Wenn du dir die Wohnung anschaust, lernst du Joshua natürlich auch gleich mit kennen.
I’ll leave the flatshare for an exchange semester. Joshua is going to be your roommate.
Joshua (30) has been living in Berlin for about a year and currently works in digital product development with a psychology background, mostly from home. Away from work, he enjoys playing the piano or being out in nature. Several days a week, his girlfriend is visiting or he is at her place. Even though he's often busy, he doesn’t want an anonymous flatshare. He’s open to cooking together and other ventures—just as it works out. Bonus: He makes a pretty decent espresso and cappuccino. Of course, you'll also meet Joshua if you check out the apartment.
