We're looking for a friendly person to join our flatshare in Mitte. The room is available as of now and potentially unlimited. It is located on the 4th floor (Dachgeschoss) of a two-story maisonette flat, facing north with five windowns, making it really bright and lofty. The whole flat was rennovated two years ago.
The room is devided in two parts by a middle pillar. For the past two years we have used one part as shared living room. We would love to continue doing so with you! So to be clear: this room should offer you a private space whenever you need it with a door that can be shut any time. However, we love to spend time together on the couch.
Please let us know how the arrengement wirh a shared living room would work for you!!
The room is currently furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, couch, TV, desk and chair. Some of these are provided by the landlord, others belong to us. You could decide which stuff you would like to use.
You are free to use our shared terrace/loggia with outside fireplace and tiny guest bed room.
The flat is situated on Invalidenstraße with Weinbergspark just across the corner. Stations nearby are U Rosenthaler Platz (U8, 300m away), S Nordbahnhof (S1,S2,S25,S26, 700m away) a tram stop is right in front of the house. Just next door youl'll find plenty restaurants, Mittes most beautiful supermarket in Ackerhalle and a cozy german pub. Mauerpark is 10min walking distance, making it a nice spot for running.
There is a direct tram connection to Berlin central/Hauptbahnhof in just 13mins!
Some info on us:
Philipp just turned 30 and works in accounting for a large german corporate, mostly remote from home. Jonas (29) just started working in forensic psychiatry and does research on the side. We both share an interest in running, cooking and occasional clubbing. We like having friends over for dinner or drinks.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a friendly person irrespective of gender, nationality and sexual orientation. Ideally you are tidy, warm and looking to spend time together every now and then. Parts of the flat are projects in the making - so we would love to find a flatmate we can continue making this place our home with.
We‘re both German but wanted this ad to be open to anyone. Feel free to reply in Englisch or German, which ever you prefer.
