I am subletting my room in a very nice apartment in Berlin Mitte. Quick disclaimer before I go into details, the room currently doesn't have the desk and the chair.
the room will be your private area in the WG, it also has a key in case you wanted to lock your stuff up (it's safe either way so don't worry :D)
The apartment is located in a very central part of Berlin, yet it's super quiet in the evening, so you won't have to worry about being bothered by loud noises in the evening.
The windows in the apartment are viewing a school, so there's really nothing blocking your view.
Regarding public transport, we're located 6 mins from the U8 stop Moritzplatz, 10 mins from the U2 stop Spittelmarkt and ~4 mins to the bus stop Alexandrienenstr.
And the closest supermarkets are Netto, Aldi, Edeka and Aldi. Theres also a Rossman next to Edeka.
You will be living with Yasmine, she's 29 years old, working as a project manager remotely from home, so she's often in her room during working ours.
As we are sharing both the living room/kitchen and the toilets we like to keep a weekly cleaning schedule, usually on weekends, so you'll have arrange that together for sure :)
We don't really throw parties in our WG, so it's kind of not allowed. But Ofcourse you're always welcome to have your friends over whenever you want, but just make sure to co-ordinate with Yasmine (as she might also invite her friends at the same time :P)
