My room is very big with 30m², the sun shines in from noon to afternoon and there is everything you need. I am away from 10-30.05, which is why I am looking for a tenant. You should have a green thumb because of all my plants and not be in Berlin to party. My roommate is currently writing her master's thesis, which is why she needs it rather quiet. We have a large apartment and a super equipped kitchen. We take care of each other, don't have a cleaning schedule, and are still very clean and mindful of the common areas. We are looking for women* or non-binary people only, please no application from men or couples.
We both speak German as our native language and then fluent English.

The apartment is located in a nice side street in Moabit. It has high ceilings, stucco and lots of light through large windows. In 3 minutes walking distance you can reach the bus to the train station and in about 7 minutes walking distance you are at the S-Bahn Beusselstraße to the Ring. There are super many food options and stores nearby on Turmstraße.
My roommate is currently writing something in the field of resource management and supply chains in the fashion industry. I work in the field of arts and social work and have a small upcycling label. We both travel a lot but like it quiet in our apartment and use it as a retreat. We are very empathetic and try to recognize and respect each other's needs. Please only apply if you can relate.
Sorry, no pets are allowed in our apartment and I cannot provide a bike as it falls apart easily.
When you move in, I'll create a contract for you for the time. The rent + deposit you transfer directly at the beginning of the move-in. Of course, you will get the deposit back at the handover, if nothing is broken.
