Yo! My roommate is moving out so I'm looking to sublet my spare room for the coming 7 months or so. The room is approx. 18 sqm big and faces an inner courtyard so there's little to no noise from the surrounding streets 💆 The whole apartment is around 80 sqm (of which my room constitutes about 30 sqm) and is equipped with, e.g., a laundry machine, a dishwasher, and a bathtub. In my room I also have a small gym and a couple of instruments that u can use if u want to as well :) Built in an "Altbau" style, the ceiling is high and the windows are large, making it bright and spacious.
The apartment is around 8 min on foot from the Beusselstraße Ringbahn station. The nearest U-Bahn station is farther away but there's plenty of buses at the Beusselstraße/Turmstraße crossroads, which you'll reach in around 5 min on foot. The neighborhood is one of the liveliest in Moabit, so there's a heap of restaurants and other stuff around.
I'm a 26 y/o Swedish dude doing a PhD in Physics here in Berlin. I play drums in a funk/indie/rock/pop band (we're currently looking for a keyboardist, so +1 if you're a killer on the keys 😎). I'd prefer it if you'd wanna hang out once in a while, for example watching movies or smth at home or goin to a bar, so a Zweck-WG is not really my thing.
The room will be furnished (but not with the same furniture as is in the pics). Hit me up if you're interested and we'll schedule a time for a viewing.
