Hey, ich vermiete wegen eines längeren Auslandsaufenthalts mein kleines vollmöbliertes Zimmer in Berlin-Moabit für 6 Wochen. Ich denke auf den Fotos sieht man alles was da ist, ich mache natürlich noch platz für deine Sachen.
Küche und Bad hat auch alles was man braucht, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine inklusive, Spülmaschine gibt es leider nicht. Zusätzlich haben wir einen Balkon der ist vor allem im Sommer nice to have.
Die angegebene Miete ist für die gesamten 6 Wochen.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Beusselstraße, das Zimmer hat das Fenster zum Innenhof. Es gibt einige Busverbindungen in der Nähe und die nächste S-Bahnstation der Ringbahn ist 8 Gehminuten entfernt
Du wirst mit zwei netten Mitbewohnern zusammen leben, wichtig ist uns ein entspanntes und rücksichtsvolles miteinander :)
Schreib mir ein paar Dinge über dich, warum du das Zimmer gerne hättest und was du in Berlin machst, dann können wir gerne die nächsten Tage ein Treffen oder einen Online-Termin für die Besichtigung ausmachen :)
