Im November und Dezember vermiete ich mein gemütliches WG-Zimmer in Moabit unter. Es ist 12 qm groß und möbliert (u.a. mit Bett (140x200) und großem Schreibtisch). Man blickt auf einen ruhigen und grünen Innenhof. Im Flur ist außerdem ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank, der genutzt werden kann.
Außerdem sind noch ein helles Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und großer Balkon nach Süden Teil der Wohnung. Gerne kann in der Zeit auch mein Fahrrad mitbenutzt werden. Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum nach Absprache flexibel.
