Hey hey! :) ich fahre in den Urlaub und vermiete deshalb mein Zimmer unter. Es ist ziemlich gross (23 Quadratmeter) und hat einen schönen Dielenboden. Außerdem richtig hohe decken und eine riesige Fensterfront. Und es ist kompletto möbliert. Bett, schrank und schreibtisch sowie Fernseher und Kommode sind am start.
I am subletting my room in moabit because I am going on vacation for a month. It is quite big - 23 square meters. It has a nice wooden floor and a high ceiling and huge windows. You can use everything in that room. So my bed, table, closet, tv etc
Die wohnung liegt mitten in Moabit und direkt an der spree. Direkt vor dem Haus fahren Busse in den Wedding (10 min) zum Zoologischen Garten (10 min) zum Hauptbahnhof (10 min) und sonstwohin.
Direkt angrenzend ist die Gotzkowskystraße. Da gibts herrliche Restaurants und FastFood läden. Mein geheimtipp: Bamboo. Dort gibts sudanesische Sandwiches :)
The Apartment is located in the heart of Moabit and next to the river spree. There are plenty of busses in front of our house, who are driving you in 10 minutes to Hauptbahnhof, Zoologischer Garten or Wedding.
Next to our street is the Gottkowskystraße. There you will find nice restuarants and food places. My favourite: Bamboo. It offeres sudanese Sandwiches :)
Wir sind eine gemütliche dreier WG. Wir machen das, was WGs eben so machen. Wir kochen mal zusammen, wir trinken mal was zusammen oder wir gucken Filme gemeinsam.
Das leben mit den beiden ist super entspannt und lustig. Aber alle können sich auch zurückziehen und das wird respektiert.
We are 3 people who live here. Sometimes we cook together, sometimes we drink together or we watch a movie.
Its very uncomplicated with my roomies. Its always fun, but if you need your privacy, everyone respects that aswell.
Der Preis für das Zimmer ist 600€ warm. Da ist alles inklusive. Nur noch 50€ kaution kommen oben drauf.
Du kannst alles benutzen, von TV über Waschmaschine und Kaffemaschine. Ist ja klar: du wohnst ja dann hier.
So the price is at 600€. It includes dverything like electricity or internet etc. Obly 50€ deposit come on top. Those you get back at the end. You can use everything. Washingmashine and coffeemashine. Sure: you live here then :)
