Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem wunderschönen Altbau im ersten Stock in bester Berliner Lage.
Es ist voll möbliert mit einem Bett, einer Schlafcouch, einem Schreibtisch, und einer Kleiderstange. Außerdem stellen wir gerne Bettzeug, Handtücher, Putzmittel und Toilettenpapier zur Verfügung (in Gesamtmiete mit enthalten).
Das Highlight des Zimmers ist wohl das große tageslichtspendende Fenster mit breiter Fensterbank, die zum Verweilen einlädt.
The room is located in a beautiful old building on the first floor in a prime location in Berlin.
It is fully furnished with a bed, a sofa bed, a desk, and a clothes rail. We also provide bedding, towels, cleaning supplies and toilet paper (included in the total rent).
The highlight of the room is probably the large daylight-giving window with a wide window sill that invites you to linger.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in bester Berliner Lage (Tram direkt vor der Tür; U-Bahn und Bus fußläufig innerhalb von 4 Minuten erreichbar; S-Bahn innerhalb von 10 Minuen zu Fuß erreichbar).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt nebenan (Lebensmittel, Drogerie, Cafes, Kleidung,
etc.).
Trotz zentraler Lage, ist die Spree nur 5 Minuten entfernt, ebenso wie Grünflächen.

Shops are right next door (grocery, drugstore, cafes, clothing, Etc.).

Du würdest mit zwei Schwestern (22 und 24 Jahre alt, Jura-Studentinnen an der Universität Potsdam) zusammenwohnen.
