für mein Zimmer in einer WG in Moabit (Nähe S Beusselstr.) suchen wir eine*n Nachmieter*in zu Anfang Februar.
Das knapp 18qm groß Zimmer ist möbliert, kann aber auch nach Absprache leergeräumt werden. Es grenzt an den Innenhof, wodurch es angenehme ruhig ist. Gleichzeitig ist es aber auch schön hell, sodass Pflanzen gedeihen und die eigene Stimmung im Winter überleben können.

We are looking for a new tenant for my room in a shared flat in Moabit (near S Beusselstr.) at the beginning of February.
The almost 18sqm room is furnished , but can also be vacated by arrangement. It borders the inner courtyard, which makes it pleasantly quiet. At the same time, it is nice and bright so that plants can thrive and your mood can survive the winter.
Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Beusselstraße, unter 5 Minuten von der Turmstraße entfernt. Dadurch gibt es viele unglaublich gute libanesische und jemenitische Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Die Anbindung an die Öffis werden durch eine Bushaltestelle (1 Minuten) und die Ringbahnstation Beusselstraße (5 Minuten) bereitgestellt. Supermärkte sind jeglicher Ausführung innerhalb von 3 bis 10 Minuten ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Außerdem gibt es neben diversen Eckkneipen auch das wundervolle Kneipenprojekt Kallasch direkt um die Ecke.

The flat is right on Beusselstraße, less than 5 minutes from Turmstraße. This means that there are many incredibly good Lebanese and Yemeni restaurants just around the corner. Public transport connections are provided by a bus stop (1 minute) and the Beusselstraße circular railway station (5 minutes). Supermarkets of all kinds are also within 3 to 10 minutes' walk.
In addition to various corner pubs, there is also the wonderful Kallasch pub project just around the corner.
Das WG-Leben verändert sich grade stark, da meine alte Mitbewohnerin und ich beide diesen Monat ausziehen. Das Durchgangszimmer hat sich dabei als angenehmer Zustand erwiesen, durch den wir in entspanntem Kontakt waren, da das Badezimmer zwischen den beiden Zimmern liegt und dadurch wenig durch das Durchgangszimmer gelaufen wird.
Neu dazu kommt ab Anfang Februar der liebe Leo, der aktuell viel Zeit außerhalb mit dem Erlernen von Musikinstrumenten für sein angestrebtes Musikstudium verbringt.

Life in the shared flat is changing a lot at the moment, as my old flatmate and I are both moving out this month. The walk-through room has proved to be a pleasant situation that has allowed us to stay in relaxed contact, as the bathroom is located between the two rooms and so there is less walking through the walk-through room.
We will be joined at the beginning of February by Leo, who is currently spending a lot of time outside learning to play musical instruments for his music degree.
Mit den Kosten werden die Warmmiete, W-Lan, Strom und GEZ-Gebühren abgedeckt.
Das Zimmer ist auf 2 Monate befristet.
