I'm offering a beautiful, bright, furnished room in the heart of Moabit, because i will move with my girlfriend to a new flat. The room is 17 square meters and comes with a bed with a mattress, a couch, a wardrobe, a TV, a desk, and a chair.
The apartment is fully furnished, including a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, washing machine, bathtub, etc. Additionally, it boasts a spacious 25-square-meter living room with a balcony.
Die Lage könnte perfekter nicht sein! Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Ecke zur Turmstraße, wo du quasi alles vor deiner Haustür hast, mit einer sehr angenehmen Nachbarschaft. Mehrere Busse fahren 3 Minuten von der Haustür entfernt ab und die M10 und U9 erreichst du zu Fuß in 10 Minuten. Es gibt super viele Essensmöglichkeiten und ein Rewe, Penny und Dm sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zudem hast du einen Späti direkt um die Ecke.

The location couldn't be more perfect! The apartment is situated at the corner of Turmstraße, where you have practically everything right at your doorstep, along with a very pleasant neighborhood. Several buses depart just 3 minutes away from the front door, and you can reach the M10 and U9 lines on foot in 10 minutes. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and a Rewe, Penny, and Dm are all within a 5-minute walk. Plus, you have a convenience store right around the corner.
Mein aktueller Mitbewohner ist Julius, mit dem du dann auch zusammen wohnen würdest.
Kurz zu Ihm: Er ist berufstätig, kocht gerne und ist für jeden Spaß zu haben.
Ich bin super mit ihm ausgekommen, da man mit ihm tiefgründige Gespräche führen kann und er ein sehr angenehmer Mitbewohner ist, der viel Rücksicht nimmt.
