The room can be rented fully furnished (including a 160cm bed with a great mattress, curtains, a chest of drawers, an armchair and a wardrobe) or some furnishings can be removed, as needed. An amazingly peaceful, yet central neighborhood, with a cozy vibe. The flat is 10 minutes walk from Sbahn Bellevue and the Tiergarten. It's a 10-minute walk in the other direction to tram m10, going to Mitte, Prenzlauerberg and Friedrichshain.
Plenty of nice cafes and art venues. Lots of street parking.
The flat itself is a big, gorgeous, recently-renovated Altbau.
There are 2 balconies, parquet floors, beautiful antique coal ovens and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, big fridge. Lovingly decorated with high-quality furnishings.

Ein ruhiges, aber dennoch zentrales Viertel. Die Wohnung ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Sbahn Bellevue und dem Tiergarten entfernt. Es ist 10 Minuten in die andere Richtung zur Straßenbahn m10, die nach Mitte, Prenzlauerberg und Friedrichshain fährt.
Es gibt viele nette Cafés und Kunstlokale. Viele Straßenparkplätze.
Die Wohnung selbst ist eine große, wunderschöne, renovierte Altbauwohnung.
We are a German-Canadian household. Open-minded, friendly, quiet and considerate. We enjoy good conversation, but are also happy to give people space. When time allows, we like to hang out or cook together.
Mein Mitbewohner (Deutsch, 29) und ich (Kanadierin, 48) sind aufgeschlossene und sehr sympathische Menschen. Unsere WG ist keine Zweck-WG. Wir sind beide Berufstätig und wenn Zeit erlaubt sitzen gerne abends zusammen am Tisch oder auf dem Balkon bei Getränken. Trotzdem hat auch jeder die Möglichkeit, sich zurück zu ziehen.
