Hallo zusammen,
für bis zu drei Monaten suchen wir eine Person zur Untermiete. Der Raum ist bei Bedarf auch teilmöbliert, d.h. es gibt einen Tisch, einen Stuhl, wie ein Bett, falls ihr nicht Eure eigenen Sachen habt (bitte gebt Eure Präferenz an: Die Möbel sind allerdings andere, als diejenigen, die ihr auf dem Foto noch sieht, da sie noch der Vormieteren gehören, die jetzt auszieht). Unsere Wohnung ist groß mit einer Gemeinschaftsküche und zwei Bädern, damit morgens auch kein Stau entsteht :) Außerdem haben wir eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und allen Krimskrams den man sonst so braucht. Im Mietpreis sind Strom, Telefon und Internet mit inbegriffen.

Hey guys,
for up to three months we want to sublet one of our rooms. We can provide a bed, desk and chair in case you don't have or won't bring your own stuff (pls indicate your preference; note: the furniture you see on the pics belong to Andrea who moves out, thus the furiture will be different). Our flat is large and has two bathrooms, so you don’t have to stand in line in the morning.
We have a washing machine, a dishwasher and all kinds of kitchen equipment you are looking for. The rent includes internet, electricity, heating. There are no extra costs.
Die Lage in Moabit ist recht zentral, vor allem, wenn man zur TU, Beuth HS oder Charité muss. Zur HU braucht man etwas länger, ca. 15 min mit dem Fahrrad. Für die FU braucht man von Haustür zu Haustür ungefähr 35 min, was aber auch kein Problem ist, wie wir aus Erfahrung sagen können (2 von uns sind/waren an der FU). Ansonsten fährt der Bus genau vor der Tür ab. Zur Birkenstraße braucht man ca. 7 min und zur Ringbahn-Station Westhafen ca. 10 min. Mit dem Bus sind's auch nur 10min zum Hbf oder ca. 15min zur Friedrichstraße.
Beim Einkaufen um die Ecke kannst du zwischen fast allen Discountern wählen die es gibt. Besonders angenehm ist der Edeka direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite, falls man mal keine Lust auf weite Wege hat.
The flat is quite centrally located in Berlin. All unis can be reached quickly (TU, Beuth HS, Charité, HU within 10-15 minutes by bike or 20min by public transportation) The FU is approx. 35 min away. The next subway stop is Birkenstraße (7 min to walk) and the next Ringbahn-Station is Westhafen (10 min). You can reach the central train station in 10 min by bus and Friedrichstraße in 15min.
There are all kinds of supermarkets in walking distance. An Edeka supermarket is just across the street.
Wir sind alle offene Menschen. Momentan leben wir zu viert. Darunter sind Anauld, Ines, Anna und ich, Leon.
Insgesamt haben wir alle viel zu tun. Ein allzu großes WG-Leben solltest Du also nicht erwarten, obwohl man sich natürlich ab und an in der Küche trifft und plaudert.
Super penibel mit der Sauberkeit sind wir nicht, legen aber doch Wert darauf, dass die Wohnung einigermaßen aussieht. Du müsstest also deinen Teil dazu beitragen und bereit sein, Dich an die bestehenden Abmachungen zu halten.
Geraucht wird ab und zu in der Küche, aber aktuell sind alle mehr oder weniger Nichtraucher.

We are all open-minded people. At the moment we are four people, Arnaud, Ines, Anna and myself, Leon. We are all quite busy, thus it is rather a expedient way of living together. Nonetheless, it goes without saying that we from time to time meet in the kitchen and having a talk.
We are not insanely clean, but like to keep the flat in good shape. We have a certain cleaning routine and everybody is responsible for cleaning one thing or the other. Smoking is not allowed in the room, but we are fine with smoking in the kitchen.
