Included in the price is electricity, Heating, Hot Water, House Maintenance and Wifi, but not cleaning.

All share a common kitchen with a common living-room,
3 toilets and 3 shower-rooms, a library and WIFI.

The only requirement is that you do wash your own dishes and be friendly and polite.
Cleaning has to be organized by the tenants them thelve.

We wish to find only polite and easy-going adult people,
no noisy party kids and no people who need a nanny to clean after them.
If it doesn't work, we all have to pay extra for a cleaning person.

Smoking is not permitted at all, only outside of the house,
across the street or in the park, but not in front of our door, to keep the noise down.

Minimum Mietdauer 2 Monate,
Minimum-stay is 2 monthes,

Eine Anmeldung beim Bürgeramt ist nur bei einer Mindestmietzeit von 2 Monaten möglich.
