The room
- is a large, bright room with nice view of Moabit
- has parquet, stucco, high ceilings, small bay window, is rectangular, has a large window facing north.
The flat is truly amazing, with a total size of 189sqm, and a huge living room of 60sqm! There's also a large kitchen with plenty of space to invite friends for dinner. There's also a nice balcony on the inner courtyard, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
We are looking for a male or female roommate with whom we can imagine living together for a longer period of time. However, we would initially offer the room for six months if living together feels harmonious. However, the probability that you will be able to stay afterwards is very high :)
There are plenty of shopping opportunities (Rewe, Biocompany, Pennymarkt, Alnatura, Eurogida, Bolu) on the same street and within walking distance. Various doctors, drugstores, hairdressers, pharmacies, fast food shops - the best case in town - and much more. in the immediate vicinity - mini flea market on Saturdays and an organic weekly market on Wednesdays, just 5 minutes away.

After some of the long term tenants have moved out, we have now formed a (mostly) new flatshare, and are looking for a fun, interesting, lovely person to move into the last bedroom :).
We are Nora (26, Germany), Bella (32, Germany), Blake (32, USA), and Jonas (36, Germany). Although the flat is relatively new, we've already grown quite close and enjoy spending time hanging out and cooking together. Since many of us work hybrid from home, we end up meeting spontaneously in the kitchen for a coffee/mate/ beer/cigarette/ all of the above. We hope to find someone who wants to join an active flatshare community, and help us build up a new cozy atmosphere (especially with the grey winter coming soon!).
Since Blake hasn't quite reached the B2 level in German, we speak a mixture of English and German in the WG. Our ideal candidate speaks both languages comfortably, but other internationals also learning at least intermediate German are welcome!
