ich werde eine Weile vereisen und möchte deshalb mein Zimmer für mindestens ein Jahr ab dem 14.07.2020 bis ung. 14.07.2021 untervermieten.
WOHNUNG: Die Wohnung ist ca. 110m2 groß und das Zimmer ung. 24m2. Bad, Küche und Wohnzimmer würdest du dir mit meinem Mitbewohner teilen. Du erreichst den S/U-Bhf Westhafen (Ring; U9) und den U-Bhf Birkenstr (U9) fußläufig in unter 5 Minuten.
PROFIL: Wir suchen Jemanden (keine Paare) zwischen 23 und 33 Jahren. Das WG-Leben ist ziemlich ausgeglichen – im Sommer sind wir viel in lokalen Bars unterwegs und am See um die Ecke - bei gutem Wetter super zum Tretbootfahren, Schwimmen, Grillen oder Open-Air genießen. Eine Besuch in der Arminiusmarkthalle lohnt sich auch immer. Wäre natürlich schön wenn das ähnlich aussieht bei dir! Mietinteressenten die das Zimmer für die gesamte Dauer anmieten werden bevorzugt. Wenn es persönlich passt, können wir über alles reden.
PREIS: Die Miete beträgt 570€/Monat all in (Strom, Wasser, Internet…) und die Kaution beläuft sich auf 1100€. Wenn du ernsthaft interssiert bist: wir müssen unserem Vermieter deine Bonität nachweisen (bspw. Arbeitsvertrag, Lohnabrechnung oder Kontoauszug).

I’ll be abroad for a while, so I’m looking to rent out my room for at least one year between July 14, 2020 and July 14, 2021.
FLAT/ROOM: The flat is about 110m2 and my room is approx. 24m2. Bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared with my 29 yo flatmate. You‘ll have access to the circle line via S/U-Bhf Westhafen and to the U9 via U-Bhf Birkenstr. Both can be reached in under 5 minutes on foot.
PROFILE: We’re looking for someone (no couples) between 23 and 33yo. We’re social and like to grab drinks at the local bars or relax at the lake near our house. When the weather's good it's always worth meeting friends for a swim, bbq or an open-air at the lake! Also check out the Arminiusmarkthalle if you're into food. Tenants that rent the room for the entire duration are favored, no sub-subletting. If your a good fit though, we'll figure something out.
PRICE: The rent is at 570€/mth all in (electricity, water, internet…) and the deposit at 1100€. If you're seriously interested: we'll need to prove your creditworthiness to our landlord at one point (e.g. employment contract, salary slips or bank statement).
