The room is furnished with shelfs, wardrobe, chairs, large bed, paintings ... just everything.
There is everything: Bedding, Towels, Hairdryer.
Wenn du willst, kannst du dir Bettzeug, Kissen, Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. bei mir leihen. Es ist alles in ausreichender Menge vorhanden.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Spülmaschine. Es wird auf dem Gasherd gekocht.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super. Der U-Bahnhof "Hansaplatz" (U9) ist zu Fuß in ca. 6 Minuten erreichbar, womit man in einer Station am Zoo ist. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Spree zwischen den S-Bahnhöfen "Bellvue" oder "Tiergarten", welche jeweils ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt sind.
Man ist schnell in der City, Museumsinsel, Ku'damm, Friedrichstraße, Botschaftsviertel.
Der Tiergarten und die Spree liegen vor der Tür. Ein guter Ort für Jogging. Ich fahre gerne mit dem Rad entlang der Ufer zum Schlosspark Charlottenburg.
Es ist 1,2 km zur Siegessäule.
Mit dem Rad sind es 10 Minuten zur TU oder UdK. Es gibt ein paar Kneipen, Supermärkte, kleine Post, Gemüseläden und Reinigungen in der Nähe.
Die Wohnung liegt im Altbau im Gartenhaus im 3. OG (kein Fahrstuhl) und sie ist sehr hell und ruhig.
