Das Zimmer das ich vermieten möchte ist circa 15 m2 groß und eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Bettwäsche und Handtücher kann ich dir ebenfalls zur Verfügung stellen.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist wie ich finde super. Auf der Turmstraße befinden sich zahlreiche gute und günstige Restaurants, es gibt gemütliche Cafés und allerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Außerdem ist Moabit sehr zentral und gut angebunden.
Du lebst mit meiner Schwester in der WG, sie ist super lieb und unkompliziert.
Die mietdauer ist auf 1-2 Monate befristet. Unter Umständen kannst du auch länger bleiben. Da dies davon abhängt wann ich zurück komme kann ich nur einen Monat sicher garantieren.
