Dear ladies,
I found my own flat, and my room is now up for grabs. The room is 16sqm and comes totally unfurnished. Please note there's a door - which always remais closed - dividing this room and another. Either way, you can always put a wardrobe/foam in front of the door to cover it and to isolate more the sound. The flatmate on the other side of the door (which spends a lot of time at her boyfriend's place) is Rosabel, 42, from Spain and there's also Yoko, 46, from Japan (but she looks 20!) in the house. In order to keep the balance, we're looking ideally for someone over 25 years old.
The vibe of the house is chilled and quiet. Although there's always time for the occasional chit chat in the kitchen! It's also worth saying that this is a 420 friendly flat ;) We care for our flat, so we are looking for someone who knows how to clean up after themselves and also helps keeping the flat - we don't have a rota nor anything like that, but we clean the house in turns every week or so.
Anmeldung is possible, as you will be part of the main contract, and although the room is already free, the contract start date is the 1st of November. Our landlady requires also the usual paperwork - Schufa (solicitar ahora) , Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung, Einkommenserklärung oder Bürgschaft, etc. Please note our landlady has to say yes as well, but this shouldn't be a problem as long as you can present all the documents. She's super nice and chilled.
The viewings will take place next Monday, the 26th, so please apply only if you can come that day.
