Since the apartment will be closed by the end of January and I have already found a new one, I would like to sublet my room until then.
The room is relatively small but cozy and offers enough space for everything you need. There is a 1.40x2.00m bed, a couch and a desk for your home office. It is on the courtyard side and is relatively quiet.
In general, the apartment is very large. In addition to a large eat-in kitchen, where you can meet for dinner, it also has two bathrooms with two showers, which ensures that there is never any stress due to an occupied bathroom.
The apartment is located in the Birkenkiez and is perfectly connected to the public transport network. You walk 1 minute to the underground station Birkenstraße, 5 minutes to the S Ringbahn station Westhafen so you get almost everywhere quickly.
In general, the neighborhood offers everything you need from restaurants, spätis and snack bars. A large Edeka can be reached in 1 minute and other shops can also be found within a few minutes.
In our shared flat, everything is pretty straightforward. Talking to each other always helps! The other roommates are just like me students who, due to the Corona situation, also work a lot from home or have a part-time job. In general, they are very relaxed people and are open-minded in every respect.
There is even a dryer, perfect for warm clothes in winter ;-)
Otherwise, it is important to me and the other roommates that you do not take the corona situation lightly, that you think ahead and that you are careful. Of course, you don't have to lock yourself up, but it's best to always act carefully about what you should and shouldn't do.
