Hallo! :) Ich suche jemanden, mit dem ich für 1 Jahr eine Zwischenmiete für eine sehr nette Dachgeschosswohnung teilen kann. Anmeldung natürlich möglich!
Erzähl mir doch was über Dich und geh bitte auf die Beschreibung unten ein, damit ich weiß dass du's gelesen hast ;)
Du denkst grade bestimmt: 500€ für ein popeliges, kleines Zimmer?
Aber halt: Du kriegst dafür neben gemeinsamer Küche und Bad (logo) auch ein fantastisches Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon, die wir beide gemeinsam nutzen.
Außerdem ist für Dich ein Bereich im Wohnzimmer reserviert (das ansonsten gemeinschaftsraum ist), in den Du zum Beispiel deinen Schreibtisch stellen könntest. Da Du das kleine Zimmer hast, finde ich es nur fair wenn du im Wohnzimmer die Tür zu machen kannst, wenn du dort arbeiten willst oder so.
Die Wohnung ist ein sehr helles Dachgeschoss mit Dachluken, Schrägen und vielen Ecken. 5. Stock, kein Fahrstuhl.
Ich heiße Ann Christin, bin 30 und schreibe in den nächsten 6 Monaten meinen Master in Filmwissenschaften. Für das kommende Jahr (und ggf länger) wohne ich in dieser Wunderschönen Dachgeschosswohnung, die ich fast fertig renoviert habe.

Heya! I'm searching for someone to share a lovely attic-flat with (aprox. for 12 months). Don't forget to tell me a bit about yourself -and incorporate the infos below, so I know you've read them ;)
I know: 500€ for a small room are a lot. But: You also get access to a living room with a balcony, and are free to put some of your stuff in a designated area in the living room and close the door whenever you need to. Since you get a relatively small room, I think that's only fair. We also share 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen. 5th floor, no lift.
My name is Ann Christin, I’m 30 and currently finishing my master‘s degree in film studies. I enjoy video- and boardgames, drinking good rum and coffee, putting my phone away, gardening. I‘m searching for a flatmate because I want to share rent, but also share the space I live in for this year, since I think it‘s pretty cool :) granted: it‘s an old flat, directly under the roof, so if you don’t like hearing wind and rain sounds, you might not like it. The heating is also a frequent noise in the flat, but I got used to that real quick.
I would love it if you were..
- considerate of the covid-situation. Until spring/early summer I don’t think having people over is cool, except a partner (if they are also careful and respecting covid measures).
- used to cleaning schedules and don’t mind putting stuff away immediately.
- good at saying what you want and don’t want
- interested in sharing food sometimes (being social, reducing waste and so on)
Direkt am Kanal, Blick über Charlottenburg. Sehr ruhig, finde ich.
M21 direkt vor der Tür, Mierendorfplatz und Turmstraße je 10 min zu fuß.
Restaurants, Shops, Imbissbuden etc alle innerhalb 2-5 min erreichbar.Späti vor der Tür.

Da wir zu zweit sind, würde ich mich freuen wenn wir
- Während Corona keine Gäste nach hause bringen (außer Partner*in, zum beispiel)
- gemeinsamen Essensvorrat haben (find ich sozialer und es wird auch weniger weggeschmissen)
- genutzte Gegenstände immer direkt zurück räumen und Arbeitswege freihalten
- Zeit miteinander verbringen können
Since we're only two people, I'd be happy if we could
- not invite people home during pandemic (except partner)
- have a joined stock of food (reduces foodwaste and is way more fun)
- put used things back immediately
- spend time sometimes
