Dein Zimmer ist etwa 25qm groß. Es ist möbliert und hat zwei große Doppelfenster, welche das Zimmer mit reichlich Sonnenlicht durchfluten und zur Straße rausgehen.
Die 68qm große Wohnung hat eine gemütliche, voll ausgestattete Küche, ein schönes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine und einen geräumigen Flur. Im Hinterhof gibt es einen Fahrradabstellplatz. Den Keller kannst du selbstverständlich mitnutzen.

Your room is about 25 square meters. It is furnished and has two large double windows which provide lots of vitamin D and are facing towards the street.
The 67 square meter apartment has a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine and a spacious hallway. There is a bicycle parking space in the backyard. Of course you can use the basement.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stephankiez, Moabit und liegt somit mitten in Berlin.
Du bist hier sehr gut angebunden. Den Bus (M27, 123) hast du direkt vor der Haustür und die U- und Ringbahn (U9, Westhafen) sind fußläufig etwa 10 Minuten entfernt.
Ansonsten befinden sich hier reichlich Supermärkte, Spätis, Cafés und Restaurants.

The apartment is located in Stephankiez, Moabit and is therefore in the middle of Berlin.
You are very well connected here. You have multiple buslines (M27, 123) right in front of the house, the underground and circular railway (U9, Westhafen) are about a 10 minutes' walk away.
Otherwise there are plenty of supermarkets, late night shops, cafes and restaurants.
Das WG-Leben soll rücksichtsvoll, freundschaftlich und entspannt sein. :)
Lea ist 24 Jahre alt und macht gerade ihren Bachelor im technischen Umweltschutz. Sie ist sehr offen, freundlich und rücksichtsvoll. In ihrerer Freizeit kocht, näht und liest sie gerne oder ist unterwegs. Ihr ist ein harmonsiches und respektvolles Miteinander sehr wichtig und fände es schade, wenn aneinander vorbeigelebt würde.
Am besten solltest du auch schon etwas WG-erfahren sein. Sodass sich die typischen Konfliktfelder über Putzpläne etc. gar nicht erst auftun müssen.
Wenn du dich damit identifizieren kannst, schreib gerne etwas über dich und wie du dir das Zusammenleben vorstellst!

Since I will be doing a semester abroad in Madrid, you will live with Lea.
Lea is 23 y/o and is currently doing her bachelor's degree in technical environmental protection. She is very open, friendly and considerate. In her free time, she likes to cook, sew, read and catch up with friends. It is very important to her that the interaction between you is harmonous and respectful.
Ideally, you should already have some flat share experience. So that the typical areas of conflict about cleaning plans etc. do not even have to open up.
If you can resonate with this, please write something about yourself and how you imagine living together!
Eine Anmeldung wird nicht möglich sein. Falls du für deinen Aufenthalt also eine brauchen solltest, wäre das wohl eher die falsche Adresse.
