in unserer WG in Moabit wird ab 15.4. ein Zimmer frei.
ZUM ZIMMER
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im 2.Stock im Hinterhaus eines Berliner Altbaus. Das Zimmer ist 14m2 groß und hat zwei Fenster Richtung Osten in den Innenhof.
Du kannst es unmöbliert mieten, es gibt aber die Möglichkeit einige Möbel deiner Vormieterin zu übernehmen.
Das Zimmer kostet 360€ warm und die Kaution wären 2 Monatskaltmieten(in Raten zahlbar). Wie sich die Miete zusammensetzt, erklär ich dir dann beim Kennenlernen.

in our flat in Moabit a room will be available from 15.4.
THE ROOM
Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the rear building of a Berlin Altbau. The room has 14m2 and two windows facing east into the inner courtyard.
You can rent it unfurnished, but there is a possibility to take over some furniture of your previous tenant.
The room costs 360€ (all bills included) and the deposit would be 2 months base rent (payable in installments). How the rent is made up, I will explain to you when we get to know each other.

Die S-Bahnstation Beusselstraße ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Spree, Volkspark Rehberge und Plötzensee sind in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schnelle Abendessen sind auf der Turmstraße reichlich vorhanden.

The S-Bahn station Beusselstraße can be reached in a few minutes. Spree, Volkspark Rehberge and Plötzensee are nearby. Shopping and quick dinners are plentiful on Turmstraße.
ZUR WG
Das Zusammenleben in unserer WG stelle ich mir entspannt vor. Wichtig ist mir, dass wir Rücksicht auf einander nehmen. Dazu gehören für mich Sauberkeit und das Teilen der Verantwortung für Aufgaben in der Wohnung. Ich würde mich außerdem freuen, regelmäßig zusammen zu kochen oder mal ein Bier an der Spree zu trinken oder eine Runde Tischtennis zu spielen.
Als Modus für ein Kennenlernen schlage ich vor, dass wir uns erstmal über Zoom treffen und ich dir, wenn es für uns das beide passt, die Wohnung bei einem anschließenden Treffen zeige. Am besten würden mir Donnerstag- und Freitagabend zwischen 19 und 23 Uhr passen, aber wenn du da keine Zeit haben solltest, finden wir auch einen anderen Zeitpunkt.
Den Rest besprechen wir am besten persönlich. Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib mir gerne ein bisschen was über dich, ich freue mich! :)

ABOUT THE WG
I imagine living together in our shared flat to be relaxed. It is important to me that we show consideration for each other. For me, this includes cleanliness and sharing the responsibility for tasks in the apartment. I would also be happy to cook together regularly or to have a beer at the Spree or play some table tennis.
As a mode for getting to know each other, I suggest that we first meet via Zoom and, if it suits us both, I show you the apartment at a subsequent meeting. Thursday and Friday evenings between 7 and 11 pm would suit me best, but if you don't have time then, we will find a way.
The rest is best discussed in person. If you're interested, feel free to write a little bit about yourself, I'm happy to meet you! :)

Ich bin Friederike, 27 Jahre und studiere Architektur im Master an der TU. Ich bin eher eine ruhige Person, liebe Filme und Katzen. Ich koche ganz gerne, aber nicht so gut:) Alles weitere dann im Gespräch.
Momentan wohnt außerdem mein Kommilitone Matthieu mit in der WG, der aber zu Anfang Mai auszieht, womit sich eine ganz neue WG-Konstellation ergibt. Bei der Wahl einer dritten MitbewohnerIn wirst du selbstverständlich einbezogen.

ABOUT ME
I'm Friederike, 27 years old and I'm studying architecture in my master at the TU. I am rather a quiet person, love movies and cats. I like to cook, but I’m not exactly good at it :)
Currently, my fellow student Matthieu also lives in the WG, but moves out at the beginning of May, which results in a whole new WG constellation. Of course, you will be involved in choosing a third roommate.
