Wir haben ab sofort ein vollständig möbliertes Zimmer bis ca. ende Januar (flexibel) zu vermieten. Die Miete ist 600.- pro Monat alles inklusive.
Das Zimmer:
Wir haben ein wunderschönes Zimmer zur Untermiete frei. Es ist 30,5 qm groß und hat recht leise und schallisolierende Fenster zur Straßenseite. Das Zimmer hat einen sehr gut gepflegten Parkettboden. Die Wohnung ist ein wunderschöner typischer Berliner Altbau mit 3,80m hohen Decken mit Stuck an der Decke. Die ganze Wohnung wurde vor einiger Zeit saniert.
Das Highlight ist unser 31 qm großes Wohnzimmer mit Wohnküche und Kamin, in dem das WG Leben stattfindet. Es gibt ein Bad und eine extra Toilette. Außerdem gibt es im Hinterhof überdachte Fahrradständer, die du benutzen kannst.

We have a fully furnished room available for rent from now until around the end of January (flexible end date). The rent is 600.- per month all inclusive.
The room:
We have a beautiful room available for subletting. It is 30.5 square meters in size and has quite quiet and soundproof windows facing the street. The room has a very well maintained parquet floor. The apartment is a beautiful, typical Berlin old building with 3.80m high ceilings with stucco on the ceiling. The whole apartment was renovated some time ago.
The highlight is our 31 sqm living room with kitchen-living room and fireplace, where shared living takes place. There is a bathroom and an extra toilet. There are also covered bike racks in the backyard that you can use.
Unsere Wohnung ist sehr nah am U Turmstraße (U9) / Bus und am S Bahnhof Bellevue. Sie liegt genau richtig für Spaziergänge oder Joggen gehen im Tiergarten und an der Spree. Du bist sehr schnell überall in Berlin, besonders zur HU sind es nur zwei Stationen. Von U-Bahnhof Friedrichstraße ist die Wohnung 10 min mit der S-Bahn entfernt. Es gibt viele schöne Cafés und und kleine günstige Restaurants in der Nähe – Moabit ist cool!

Our apartment is very close to the U Turmstraße (U9) / bus and to the Bellevue S train station. It is just right for walks or jogging in the Tiergarten and on the Spree. You can get anywhere in Berlin very quickly, especially the HU is only two stops away. The apartment is 10 minutes away by S-Bahn from Friedrichstrasse subway station. There are lots of nice cafes and small, cheap restaurants nearby – Moabit is cool!
Unsere Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat den Vorteil, dass sie eine so große Wohnküche besitzt, dass sich das gemeinsame WG-Leben mit allen dort abspielen kann.
Wir wünschen uns eine/n Mitbewohner*in zwischen 22 und 42. Vielleicht arbeitest du schon, oder du studierst noch. In den Gemeinschaftsräumen mögen wir es eher ordentlich und sauber und hoffen, dass dir das auch so geht :)

Our apartment is very spacious and has the advantage of having such a large kitchen-living room that everyone can live there together.
We would like a roommate between 22 and 42. Maybe you are already working or you are still studying. We like the common areas to be neat and clean and hope you feel the same way :)
