arbeitsbedingt bin ich über den Sommer nicht in Berlin und vermiete mein schönes WG-Zimmer über diesen Zeitraum. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit Bett, Sofa, Schrank, E-Piano, Pflanzen, Tisch und allem was man sonst noch so zum Leben braucht. Das Zimmer ist ruhig mit Fenster zum Hinterhof. Vormittags scheint auch mal die Sonne rein.
Die Wohnung ist eine renovierte Altbauwohnung mit Holzdielen, Stuck in allen Zimmern, einem geräumigen Bad mit Fester, einem Balkon und einer Küche, wo wir gerne zusammen sitzen.
Ich würde dir die Schränke ausräumen und private Gegenstände entfernen, sodass du genug Platz für deine Sachen hast. Ich würde mich aber freuen, wenn du meine Pflanzen gießen könntest. Über Kaution können wir nochmal reden.

Hey,
as I'm not in Berlin over the summer, I want to rent out my nice room in a shared flat over this period. The room is comfortably furnished with bed, sofa, closet, piano, plants, table and everything else you need to live. The room is quiet with a window to the backyard. In the morning the sun shines in.
The apartment is a renovated old building with wooden floorboards, stucco in all rooms, a spacious bathroom with a window, a balcony and a kitchen where we like to sit together.
I would clean out the closets for you and remove private items so you would have enough space for your things. I would be happy if you could water my plants though. About deposit we could talk.
Die Busstation mit Verbindung zum Hautbahnhof ist fast direkt vor unserer Haustüre. Die U-Bahn Station Birkenstraße und der Ringbahn S-Bahn Station Westhafen ist auch nicht weit weg zu fuß, circa 5 und 10 Minuten. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung also sehr gut angebunden.

The bus station with connection to the main station is almost directly in front of our door. The subway station Birkenstraße and the Ringbahn S-Bahn station Westhafen is also not far away on foot, about 5 and 10 minutes. All in all very well connected.
Unsere 4-er WG ist sehr harmonisch und entspannt. Wir sind gut befreundet, essen oft zusammen und sitzen auf dem Balkon, aber alle machen auch ihr eigenes Ding. Lucas (25) ist Musiker und arbeitet, Luca (30) arbeitet und macht Kunst und Peter (21) studiert gerade Sound Engineering.
