Hey I’m subletting my room for two month. We would need to move out of the apartment at the end of August and I could find something before. So I need someone to sublet for the rest of the time.
It’s a cozy small room but with one of the best views I’ve ever had in Berlin. Sunsets are insane.
It’s in the 10th floor so something special in the city I guess.
Right now it’s half furnished, just a big desk and a chair, but I can either take it out for you or put a bed and some other stuff in if you need.
Anmeldung is possible tho!!
Ah I don’t have pictures of the room cause it’s empty right now but we can have an online viewing of the apartment if you want. I’d prefer to do it personally but would be up for that.
The area is really beautiful. You are directly next to the Spree and 5 min away from Tiergarten. So a lot of nature in the surrounded area.
You have the choice to go to S Bellevue or to U Hansaplatz, also U Turmstraße is 5-10min away.
There are a bunch of supermarkets around and in case you’re hungry at midnight there’s a gas station in front of the building. Oh yes and also a store just for drinks (Hoffmann)
I lived with two easy going friends who don’t have a lot of rules, so no stress at all.
One of them is working full time, the other one is studying economics.
Seba is Colombian and Edi is German with Russian roots.
I’d say you should make an own opinion about them
