Das WG-Zimmer ist im gesamten September sowie Oktober frei. (Achtung Zimmer, (teil)-unmöbliert)
Es ist sehr hell und groß und liegt in der beliebten Cafe Klatsch und Tratsch Straße in Moabit. Nahe der Spree.
S-bahn- Bellevue ist 5 Minuten. U-Bahn Turmstraße ca. 7-8 Minuten. Es gibt nahegelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Kaufland, Penny, Edeka, Rewe. Spätis. Restaurants und was das Herz sonst noch so begehrt.
Die WG besteht aus Simon, Franky, Rudolfo und Luca. Wir sind ne nette witzige familiäre WG, offen, antirassistisch und antirechts. Eine WG in der sich immer alle Zwischenmieten immer sehr wohlgefühlt haben heheh.
Meine lovely WG löst sich nach 9 Jahren leider auf, da unsere Wohnung verkauft wird. Da ich schon vor der Wohnungsauflösung ausziehe, ist also mein beautiful, helles, tolles großes Zimmer für zwei Monate frei. Da ich meine Möbel allerdings mitnehme, wird im Zimmer nur eine Kleiderhängestange sowie ein Tisch und Stuhl, und möglicherweise ein Regal bleiben (potenziell, findet sich auch noch Zeugs aus der WG das man für das Zimmer nutzen könnte) Du bräuchtest also eine Matratze etc. und natürlich all das du dich mit wohl fühlst. Über Ebay Kleinanzeigen findet man sicherlich spontan und schnell etwas.
Wenn du Interesse hast und dir die Angaben passen, dann melde dich doch gerne, mit ein, zwei oder mehr Sätzen.
Du kannst gerne vorbeikommen um die Wohnung und das Zimmer anzuschauen, oder wir meeten uns online.

The flat-share room is available throughout September and October. (Attention room, (partly) unfurnished).
It is very bright and large and is located in the popular Cafe Klatsch und Tratsch Straße in Moabit. Close to the Spree.
S-Bahn Bellevue is 5 minutes. Underground Turmstraße about 7-8 minutes. There are nearby shopping facilities such as Kaufland, Penny, Edeka, Rewe. Spätis. Restaurants and whatever else your heart desires.
The flat consists of Simon, Franky, Rudolfo and Luca. We are a nice and funny ''family'', open, anti-racist and anti-right. A flat-share in which all tenants have always felt very comfortable.
Unfortunately, my lovely WG is dissolving after 9 years because our flat is being sold. Since I'm already moving out before the flat is sold, my beautiful, bright, great big room is free for two months. Since I'm taking my furniture with me, there will only be a clothes rail, a table and a chair, and possibly a shelf (potentially, we can find stuff from the flat-sharing that you could use for the room). You can certainly find something spontaneously and quickly via Ebay Kleinanzeigen
