Daria hat gerade eine Zusage für ihr neues eigenes Apartment bekommen und zieht ein Stückchen näher zu ihrer Arbeit und nun suchen wir eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder Mitbewohner.
Da nicht ganz klar ist, wie lange ich nächstes Jahr noch in Berlin bin ist das Zimmer erst einmal befristet untervermietet (z.B. 6 Monate) und kann dann verlängert werden.
Und für die Internationalen der Einfachheit halber der Rest in Englisch ;)

Our flatmate Daria left our WG to live in her private apartment closer to her workplace and now we're looking for someone new to join our little castle for a mid-term sublease (e.g. 6 months) with option for extension. And dont worry, you can legaly register at our apartment ;)
The room has a double bed, while the whole flat is well equipped, especially the living room that we built ourselves with a lot of love (and has a video projector, Alexa, light controllable via app, etc.). You just need to find some furniture, or not, if you're fine with just a bed.
We're located in Moabit, the most upcoming district since 2010...
The river Spree the Tiergarten and a lot of PingPong tables are right around the corner.
Cool and nice restaurants, cafés and bars in the area, supermarkets downstairs, 24/7 bakery with amazing Turkish fladenbrot for 1€, Arminius Markthalle is 6 min by foot, perfect for brunch after a long clubing night, not that that matters in the moment..
Public transportation:
It's 10 minutes away from Hauptbahnhof, TXL ist 15 min away, not that that matters anymore.. ;) The 245 bus leaves the front door, U9 Turmstr. 7 minutes away, Tiergarten (S5/S7) 15 minutes away, Ring Beusselstr. also 15 minutes
We're startup founders who love to work but also to chill, have beers and go wild. Johannes is just between projects, a lot of times surfing at the Baltic Sea (Ostsee) or playing Beachvolleyball at Beachmitte or Beach61 and always up for a PinPong battle. And Jörg, his company is just in an exciting growth phase, so he currently is putting in a lot of hours...
You should be a young professional, not necessarily founder, between 25 and 35 years, and WG-experience is a plus.
We share the cleaning and basic food, spices etc. Of course everyone has his/her own shelf and fridge space
