Sonniges Zimmer mit großen Fenstern, gelegen zur Südseite und Blick auf den begrünten Hof und Himmel. Das Zimmer ist ruhig und man hört fast nichts vom Stadtlärm (außer Vogelgezwitscher). 4 OG ohne Aufzug. Etwas Platz im Keller ist vorhanden. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine Kammer als Stauraum. Das Zimmer ist eigentlich vollständig möbliert (alles was fehlt ist eine Deckenlampe). Jedes Möbelstück kann auch ausgetauscht werden.
Verfügbarkeit: Wochen bis Monate, je nach individueller Absprache. Allgemein würde ich kürzere Zeiten bevorzugen, denn ich suche derzeit Mitbewohner hauptsächlich um neue Leute/Kulturen/Weltanschauungen kennenzulernen.
Ich bin deutscher Muttersprachler, spreche fließend Englisch und B1 in Französisch (B2, sobald ich mich ein bisschen aufgewärmt habe :) Suche in erster Linie jemanden, der in meiner Altersklasse GEN Z ist.

Sunny room with large windows facing south. View of the leafy courtyard and the sky. The room is quiet and you can't really hear any of the city noise (except birds chirping). 4th floor without elevator. Some space in the basement and a chamber for storage is available. The room is actually fully furnished (all that is missing is a ceiling lamp). However, you can freely replace each piece of furniture to your liking.
Available for weeks to months, all depending on individual circumstances. I personally prefer shorter rental periods bc i am currently looking for flatmates mainly to meet new people/cultures/worldviews/walks of life.
I am a native German speaker, fluent in English and B1 in French (B2 once I warm up a bit :).

Das Westfälisches Viertel ist einer der eher gehobenen Kieze von Moabit, angrenzend an Charlottenburg und Hanssaviertel. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen U Bahnhof Turmstraße und S Bahnhof Bellevue. U Turmstrasse ist angebunden an die U9 und Buslinien 101, 123, 187, 245, M27, N40, N9, TXL
S-Bahnhof Bellevue bietet S3, S5, S7, S9. Also einer der bestmöglichen, zentralsten Lagen für Berlin West.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auf der langen Turmstraße und in der neuen Mall Schultheiss Quartier im Überfluss.
Zum ’Windowshoppen’ sind es 10min zu Berlins Shopping Zentrum West Kurfürstendamm (Ku'damm) oder 15min zur Friedrichstraße o. Hackeschen Markt.
Meine Favoriten an der Lage sind die Nähe zu der Spree (1min) und zu dem zweitgrößten Park Berlins, dem Tiergarten.

The Westfälisches Viertel is one of the more upscale neighborhoods of Moabit, adjacent to Charlottenburg and Hanssaviertel. The apartment is located between U station Turmstrasse and S station Bellevue. U Turmstrasse is connected to U9 and bus lines 101, 123, 187, 245, M27, N40, N9, TXL.
S-Bahn station Bellevue offers S3, S5, S7, S9. So very central for Berlin West.
Grocery Shopping is abundant on the Turmstraße and in the new mall Schultheiss Quartier.
For 'Window shopping' it's a 10min trip to Berlin's shopping mile west Kurfürstendamm (Ku'damm) or 15min to Friedrichstraße or Hackescher Markt.
My favorite aspect about the location however is the proximity to the Spree (1min) and to the second largest park in Berlin, the Tiergarten.
Bin persönlich sehr aufgeschlossen und interessiere mich für fast alles: Lernen und neue Dinge zu entdecken ist sozusagen eines meiner Haupt-Interessen. Bin jemand mit dem wirklich über alles geredet werden kann, aber nicht muss. Grundsätzlich bin ich eher easy going aber nie wirklich lazy. Mache täglich Sport zu Hause von Yoga bis HIIT. Schätze healthy Lifestyles und stehe auf Essen was gesund und tasty gleichzeitig ist. Um einen Eindruck zu bekommen, google einfach mal "pinterest raw vegan dessert".
Ich bin für Regeln und Grenzen, aber auf eine lockere Art und Weise, die auf gegenseitigem Einverständnis und Klarheit beruht!

I am personally rather 'open minded' and interested in almost everything: Learning and discovering new things is one of my hobbies, so to speak. I enjoy doing all kinds of different daily workouts at home from Yoga to HIIT etc. Love healthy lifestyles and totally into foods that are healthy AND delicious.
Im pro rules and boundaries, albeit in a free flowing and easy going way, based on mutual agreement and clarity!
Derzeit ist ein 100 Mbit/s Kabelanschluss aktiv.
Die Wohnung hat auch 5G-Empfang.
Bitte habe Verständnis dafür, dass ich dir nur antworte, wenn du in die engere Auswahl kommst. Wenn ich innerhalb von einer Woche nicht antworte, ist es sehr wahrscheinlich dass es nicht wirklich passt.
