Du hast ein gemütliches Zimmer mit Blick ins Grüne und Süd-Fenster. Tagsüber scheint die Sonne in dein Zimmer und sogar bei offenem Fenster ist es sehr ruhig. Es wartet auf dich ein großes Bett, ein großer Schreibtisch und ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank , der allerdings offen ist. Der Schreibtischstuhl auf dem Bild ist nicht mehr in meinem Zimmer. In unserem Wohnzimmer lässt es sich ausgezeichnet auf unserer großen Couch entspannen. Auf unserem Süd-Balkon kannst du die Winter-Sonne genießen und Eichhörnchen beobachten.
You have a cozy room with a south-facing window into the green. During the day the sun shines in your room and even with an open window it is very quiet. A large bed, a large desk and a spacious, but open wardrobe. The office chair on the picture is no longer in my room. Our living room is a great place to relax: we have a large couch. On our south-facing balcony you can enjoy the last rays of summer sunshine and watch squirrels.
Die Wohnung ist in Moabit, sehr zentral nähe Hauptbahnhof (15 min ÖPNV) und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Direkt vor der Haustür ist der Fritz-Schloß-Park, schön für spätsommerliche Spaziergänge und kleine Joggingrunden. Edeka (8min), Kaufland (8min) und Bio Company (19min) sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Zahlreiche Essensmöglichkeiten, kleine Cafés, das Westfälische Viertel, die Spree und das Regierungsviertel sind direkt nebenan.

The apartment is in Moabit, centrally located close to the main train station (15 min puplic transport) but in a quiet area. The Fritz-Schloß-Park is right outside, nice for late summer walks and small runs. Edeka (8min), Kaufland (8min) and Bio Company (19min) are within walking distance. Numerous dining options, small cafes, the Westfälische Viertel, the Spree and the government district are right next door.

Wir sind eine nette 2er WG, in der alles kann aber nichts muss. Das Zusammenleben mit meiner Mitbewohnerung ist unkompliziert und uns beiden ist es wichtig, dass sich jede*r wohlfühlt. Meine Mitbewohnerin ist gerne in der Natur zum Wandern oder Fahrrad fahren und sie macht sehr gerne und viel Sport wie zum Beispiel Crossfit, Bouldern, Yoga und Squash. Sie hat Mathematik studiert und arbeitet nun als Statistikerin bzw. Data Scientiest.
We are a nice shared flat for two, in which everything is possible but nothing is mandatory. Living with my flatmate is uncomplicated and it is important to us that everyone feels comfortable. My roommate likes to go hiking and cycling in nature and she likes to do a lot of sports like crossfit, bouldern, Yoga and squash. She studied mathematics and works now as a statistician resp. data scientist.
Da wir die Wohnung nach der Untervermietung den Hausverwaltern übergegen habe ich mich entschlossen eine Kaution von 300€ zu nehmen. Die Miete ist pro Monat angegeben.
Ich freue mich, wenn mein bisheriges Zuhause für dich ein schöner Zwischenstop sein darf :)
Since we will hand over the flat to the landlord right after the sublet, I decided to take a deposit of 300€. The rent is the monthly rent.
