The room is a 21 m2 room with a large 1 meter high platform built in and has shelving along one wall. There is a 140 cm mattress in the room. The renter will need to bring their own desk. The paintings and plants shown in the pictures will not be in the room.
The contract will initially be for 3 months with the possibility of extension for long term, if we all get along well.
The plants and paintings will no longer be in the room. The walls have some paint from the previous artist resident, but you are welcome to paint the walls if you wish.

We (Sydney (USA) and Thore (GER)) are a couple who is renting two rooms in the three room apartment and are looking for someone to fill the third.
Thore works from home, and Sydney usually makes it to the office. We like to cook and enjoy having meals together with friends and roommates. We would like to have an open environment with our roommate, and don't want the fact that we are a couple to put you off from meeting us individually.
We like to keep the apartment clean and expect you to clean behind yourself and contribute to the cleaning of the apartment as a whole.
