Hello everyone :)
I rent out the second room of my flat from 12. Of May until 15. of June 2024.
If you need a room for only 1-2 weeks, let me know and we can maybe also arrange that! :)
The room I rent out was re-furnished by myself after my roommate moved out in last August. I wanted to have a room for friends who stay in Berlin - this will be the case from mid June on for my friend who’s currently in Australia.
The room includes sheets, pillows, blanket, towles but also cleaning stuff, kitchen stuff etc. - so the room and flat is ready to be filled with life
Ideally, I am looking for a calm and clean but talkative person.
I keep the flat always clean, and really need a roommate who appreciates and respects that - and therefore actively contributes ;)
The house and the flat itself as well as our furniture and decoration is not modern or fancy, I used a lot of second-hand stuff and tried to use as much wood as possible - it gives the whole flat a nice vibe. Feeling home should be quite easy here.
You have everything you need in the kitchen:
Big fridge, freezer, big mixer, stove and oven, washing machine and also a large dish-washer.
I cook a lot, so you find a lot of spices and everything else that is needed for cooking.
Ideally you cook vegetarian as I do the same at home :)
The flat is located in Berlin Moabit, to be more precise, in the upper Beusselstraße and therefore really close to the S-Bahn station “Beusselstraße” which is a station if the “Ringbahn” S41 / S42.
The station is away 3 minutes by foot. In front if our house is also a bus station which I have never used as I always take my bike for everything - which I highly recommend to purchase for anyone living in Berlin :)
15min by foot or 5 minutes by bike you find the U-Bahn station “Birkenstraße” (line U9).
You have everything you need for daily life in close distance and on the famous Turmstraße you also find everything you need.
Moabit is not the most beautiful or fancy part of Berlin but I really like it as it is very authentic and well connected. There’s a small graffiti park close and some bars, cafes also.
There is a very nice lake super close (Plötzensee) as well as one nice Techno-club Heideglühen.
You would share the flat with myself :)

For the procedure:
As I want safety that in the end you really move into my room for the negotiated time, the deposit of 100€ Is payable up front. Of course you receive it back as soon as I am back in Berlin and everything is fine.
The rent is payable the day you move in.
Of course we will set up a contract for the deposit and the undertenancy!
Hook me up in German, English or Spanish - preferably via WG-gesucht.
The duration of your stay as well as the price are negotiable - depending on the responses I get.
