Ab Anfang Februar/Ende Januar wäre das Zimmer verfügbar, das Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum wäre teils flexibel, bestimmt kann eine individuelle Lösung gefunden werden.
Mir ist eine Person wichtig, die respektvoll und achtsam mit den Sachen anderer umgehen kann und diese auch so behandelt.
Außerdem wären grundlegende skills wie ich Pflanzen am Leben halte, absolut super und werden definitiv bevorzugt.

Die Wohnung ist super angebunden. Der ÖPNV (M27,123) ist 10m von der Haustür entfernt. Von dort kommt ihr in 5 Minuten mit dem Bus entweder zur Turmstr. (U9) oder zur Reinickendorferstr (U6), oder in 10 Minuten auch zum Wedding (Ring) oder HBF.
Supermärkte wie Edeka, Lidl, Netto sowie Bäckerei und spätis befinden sich ganz in der Nähe.
The apartment is very well connected. The public transportation (M27,123) is 10m from the front door. From there you can reach either Turmstr. (U9) or Reinickendorferstr (U6) in 5 minutes by bus, or Wedding (Ring) or HBF in 10 minutes.

Deine Mitbewohnerin spricht English, französisch und Deutsch. Sie arbeitet im Nachtleben, weshalb eine Rücksichtnahme auf die etwas anderen Arbeitszeiten wundervoll wäre.
Sie spricht Deutsch, es wäre aber für die beidseitige Kommunikation gut, wenn du auch english sprichst.
Eine große Küche ist vorhanden, die zum geselligen Beisammensein und Kochen einlädt.
In der Küche kann geraucht werden.
Eine Grund Sauberkeit und gegenteilige Rücksichtnahme bzw. Dinge offen und konstruktiv anzugehen ist wünschenswert.
