So basically you would subrent my room until end of August.
I think the pictures tell the rest… we have a huuuge living area with a well equipped kitchen, dining area, tv, kitchen island 2 bathrooms ….. it’s a great flat!
As I am moving out, I will take most of my furniture with me but will leave a desk & table, wardrobe and mattress if needed :)

Moabit is a super cute district. Close to Mitte, Charlottenburg, and Wedding. And you can go everywhere with the Ringbahn and the bus takes you quickly to the U9 and U7 (walking to the kattet also possible). Our flat lies in the part of Moabit where there were many warehouses historically and our flat is in an old industrial building itself. Cute cafés and a lot of food are at 10 min walking.
Phillip does his PHD and I’m finishing my master. We are all quite laid back, enjoy a chat or a meal together from time to time, but also don’t hang out with each other all of the time. What is Important so acertsin Sense of cleanliness :)
