Ich biete ein möbliertes Zimmer in Moabit vom 01.03. - 31.05. in einer sehr netten 3er WG an. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein selbstgebautes Podest für das Bett (inkl. 1,40m Matratze), was viel Stauraum schafft.
Außerdem gibt es Regale, die viel zusätzlichen Stauraum bieten, einen Kleiderständer und einen Schreibtisch.
Da ich nicht vorhabe, wiederzukommen, kannst du die Möbel aber auch gerne austauschen, wenn du das möchtest. Wir bieten erstmal einen befristeten Untermietvertrag für 3 Monate an. Eventuell besteht die Möglichkeit, den Vertrag zu verlängern, aber leider können wir im Moment nichts versprechen.

I'm offering a furnished room in Moabit from 01.03. - 31.05. in a very nice 3-person shared WG. In the room there is a self-built platform for the bed (incl. 1.40m mattress), which creates a lot of storage space underneath.
In addition, you have shelves, giving you plenty of additional storage, a clothing rack, and a desk.
I'm happy for you to change any of the furniture as I'm not planning to come back. We are offering a temporary sublease for 3 months. There is a possibility to extend the contract but unfortunately we can't promise anything right now.
Die Perleberger Straße ist eine Tip-Top Lage!
Den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man in 25 Minuten zu Fuß durch den nahe gelegenen Fritz-Schlosspark oder in 10 Minuten mit dem Bus direkt vor der Haustür. Die Turmstraße ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, wo du fantastisches Essen und alles, was du brauchst, bekommst. Die nächstgelegene U-Bahn-Haltestelle ist Birkenstraße (U9, 7 Minuten Fußweg) und S-Bahn Westhafen (Haltestelle Ringbahn, 10 Minuten Fußweg).

The main train station can be reached in 25 minutes by foot through the nearby Fritz-Schlosspark or in 10 minutes by bus right outside the front door. In Moabit you are a few minutes away from Turmstraße, where you can get fantastic food and everything you need. The closest subway stop is Birkenstraße (U9, 7 min walk) and S-Bahn Westhafen (Ringbahn stop, 10 min walk).
Du wirst mit Dominik (29) und Martin (31) und damit zwei sehr lieben, umgänglichen und interessanten Menschen zusammenleben.
Martin arbeitet als Ingenieur im Fraunhofer Institut und hat daneben viele aktive Hobbies und ist gern draußen. Dominik ist vor 4,5 Jahren aus Australien nach Berlin gezogen, ist ausgebildeter Tänzer und arbeitet derzeit als Programmier Lehrer. Unser Zusammenleben ist unkompliziert, respektvoll und schön! Wir haben teilweise unterschiedliche Rhythmen und Interessen, verstehen uns aber gut und freuen uns, uns auszutauschen, einander in der Küche zu begegnen und zusammen zu essen oder ein Bier / Kaffee zu trinken.
Wir sprechen zusammen Deutsch und Englisch. :-)

You will live with Dominik (29) and Martin (31), two very nice, sociable and interesting people.
Martin works as an engineer at the Fraunhofer Institute and has many active hobbies. Dominik moved to Berlin from Australia 4.5 years ago, is a trained dancer and currently works as a programming teacher. Our life together is uncomplicated, respectful and pleasant! We have fairly different rhythms and interests, but are happy to spontaneously meet in the kitchen and eat together or drink a beer / coffee.
We speak German and English together. :-)
