Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß, voll möbliert und besitzt ein Hochbett. Es hat eine Tür, die auf den Balkon rausgeht und einen französischen Balkon. Wir sind eine dreier WG und hängen gerne mal in der Küche ab und trinken Wein, etc. ihr kennt die Floskeln.
5. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl, Bus und U-Bahn direkt um die Ecke.
Die Miete für 2 wochen beträgt natürlich nicht 500€!
Derzeit wohnt der Freund meiner Mitbewohnerin mit ihr gemeinsam in einem Zimmer, deshalb ist die Miete so niedrig. Er ist lieb und es macht Spaß mit ihnen abzuhängen. :)
ENGLISH:
The room has 12 square meter. It’s bright and you can enter the balcony. It also has a french balcony. We’re a two people flat share even though Hannahs boyfriend spends quite some time there as well. He’s nice and polite though ;)
We enjoy drinking some wine in our kitchen from time to time while enjoy the beautiful sunset from our balcony. I’m flexible with the dates so feel free to contact me if you need to move in sooner or need to stay longer. The location is amazing as well, the bus stop is right in front of our door and its a 7 minute walk to the metro and about a 10 minute walk to the S-Bahn. Aldi, Kaufland and Edeka are very closeby as well. We got like 15 kebab places around us and of course some Spätis.
At the moment we’re 3 people living there as my room mates boyfriend is staying in her room which is why rent is only 347€. They’re both very kind though and easy to hang out.

Der M27er ist direkt vor der Tür, damit kommt man gut Richtung Jungfernheide oder nach Pankow. Der 123er fährt 3 Minuten zu Fuß von hier, damit bist du in 13 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Die nächste U-Bahn ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß (U Birkenstr.), da fährt die U9, die dich überall hinfährt. Die nächste S-Bahn ist Westhafen, da fährt auch die Ringbahn. Moabit ist als Teil von Mitte eher entspannt, hier wohnen viele Studierende, weil die Ecke noch nicht so ganz gentrifiziert ist. Es gibt viele Bars direkt um die Ecke, von Hipster Bars über Berliner Kneipen ist alles dabei. Edeka ist 5 Minuten von hier, Lidl ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Spätis gibt’s hier auch wie Sand am Meer. Da wir im 5. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl wohnen, sind Flink und Gorillas aber sehr oft bei uns. An der Turmstr. sind dann auch direkt H&M, C&A, DM und das alles. Also man hat hier auf jeden Fall genug um sich rum, sodass es nicht langweilig wird. :)
