This is a nice opportunity to move into our flatshare in the beautiful Moabit area. You could move in as soon as 01 March and stay for at least 6 months, with anmeldung immediately and the possibility to extend. We have one room available, at 530€ per month.
The rent includes pretty much everything (internet, water, electricity and so on). The whole apartment, including your room, is fully furnished already, so you just have to bring your luggage and that's it. We also have a nice living room, where we like to spend time together after work.
The room is about 15 sq meters. View of the street. A mattress, bedframe, table, chair, and standing closet, bedsheets, and curtains are included.

We also have a lot of cute little restaurants around us, and a lake closeby, the area is really pretty.

The people staying in the flat are:
Wouter, 29, comes from the Netherlands, is relatively new to Berlin after having lived a few years in Istanbul and studies German and Turkish. He bikes everywhere and likes Boxing.
Tobias, 25, from Germany, studies Economics and likes to cook or watch films.
***We think our rent is too high and are actively exploring ways to get it lowered.
