The room is approximately 12m2 in a 3-room apartment, and is very bright and cozy. It is semi-furnished with mattress, desk, hanger, and shelves. We share a bathroom and a kitchen. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed; and if you are a smoker, you must smoke outside of the apartment. We will sign a contract and **anmeldung is possible**.
!!! Room is freshly painted. !!!
NOTE!!! The room is SMALL! It is 12 sqm!! And, because of the location, the rent is high!! It is not up to me, I can't change the rent! Please DON'T apply if you will reject our offer saying the room is small or expensive!!! It is near Hauptbahnhof and next to the Fritz-Schloß Park, and is very well connected with the public transportation. There are cafés, bars, supermarkets and restaurants around. These are some of the reasons why it is expensive for a small room!
The apartment is in an excellent location, adjacent to the Fritz-Schloß-Park. We are adjacent to the Fritz-Schloß-Park and have good access to public transport, via the buses 123, M27, 187 and 142. The U9 is about 5-10 minutes away on foot, and you can reach the Hauptbahnhof in about 20 minutes. We are about 15 minutes from Turmstraße.
We are Merve (25, student) and Erika (29, working) and are looking for someone to move into the third room.
Because we are very busy, we would also like someone who is respectful of the common spaces and who feels a sense of responsibility for the apartment (washing up after using the kitchen for example, etc…). Though we have a lot going on, we like a relaxed and respectful atmosphere and a chat here and there- we really want to get along with the person we live with, that is really important to us! We are also both vaccinated and boosted, and really take the Corona situation very seriously, so if you prefer being more relaxed about that, we will not be a good fit! If that sounds like you, we can’t wait to meet you!
