Hey potentielle roomies, ich bin Jess, 23, und studiere international business Admin. Vor kurzem habe ich die Wohnung übernommen und bin deswegen gemeinsam mit meinem ersten Mach auf der Suche nach einem lieben Mitbewohner um diese WG mit Leben zu füllen. Sollte ich in den nächsten Jahren ggf. ausziehen solltest du auch bereit sein die Wohnung zu übernehmen. Das Zimmer kann ab dem 1. 5 bezogen werden. Zimmer:
Das Zimmer hat 13m2 zu 450€ warm. Ich würde das Zimmer gerne möbliert für einen Übernahmepreis von 650€, abgeben. (Schreibtisch, Kommode, Bett, falls du möchtest auch die abgehängte Kleiderstange). Bitte schreibe kurz ob du dir Vorstellen kannst die Möbel zu übernehmen.

Die Lage ist super. Bus und U9 Turmstraße sind in weniger als 10 min zu erreichen. Die Turmstraße ist voll mit Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Bars und Cafés.
*The Apartment is just about one street away from Turmstraße. you have easy access to U9 and Bus stations. Turmstraße offers plenty cafes, restaurant and Bars*
Ich suche einen passenden Mitbewohner, um diese WG so zu sagen neu zu gründen. Deswegen soll es auch auf keinen Fall eine Zweck WG sein. Mir ist es wichtig, dass sich jeder zu Hause fühlt. Ich bin relativ extrovertiert und würde mir ein freundschaftliches Zusammenleben wünschen. Dabei wäre es schön, ^wenn man ab und zu gemeinsam kocht, etwas unternimmt oder auch mal feiern geht. (oder einfach mal ein Gläschen Wein zusammen trinkt) Genauso soll auch auf die Privatsphäre geachtet werden, so dass sich jeder zurückziehen und seine Ruhe haben kann. Ich mag es gerne sauber. Wäre also super, wenn du dich an einen Putzplan halten kannst.
*I am looking for a perfect match to this new set up shared Apartment. This is also why I really want everyone to feel like home and be themselves. I am very extroverted and would like to have roomies that share interests and do not stay in the room all day. It would be nice to cook together, go out, drink some wine or whatever comes up. Of course, everyone should have their privacy and quiet time whenever they need it. It’s important that you are not the messiest person. I would like to have it clean around here and that should be in your interest as well.
Über mich:
Ich bin letztes Jahr von Bayern nach Berlin gezogen und hatte jetzt die Möglichkeit diese Wohnung zu übernehmen. Ich würde mich als sehr offen und abenteuerlustig beschreiben. Wenn ich die Möglichkeit habe zu vereisen bin auch schon weg. Ansonsten mache ich ganz gerne Sport und versuche immer neues auszuprobieren. Ich liebe es neue Cafés in der Stadt zu entdecken.

Es kommt ein Übernahmepreis i. H. von ca. 350€ für die restliche Einrichtung auf (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Möbel in Küche, Flur und Bad in der Wohnung. Eventuell auch noch ein bisschen mehr da ich zusätzlich noch einen neuen Kühlschrank kaufen muss + Mietkaution i. H von 2 Monatsmieten) Die Beträge sind erstmal fällig aber werden bei einem möglichen Auszug ja auch wieder zurückgezahlt.
Falls du denkst du könntest hier gut rein passen dann schreibt doch bitte ein bisschen was über dich. (z.B. deine Interessen, was ist dir am WG-Leben besonders wichtig, wie sieht dein Alltag aus…)
